• Discord — our home page embeds the Discord server widget (Discord Privacy Policy). Activity inside our Discord server itself is governed by Discord's policies and our own Community Policies.
• Open Collective — our home page shows a supporter count fetched from Open Collective, and donations are processed entirely on their site (Open Collective Privacy Policy). We never see or store your payment details.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate the site, let you sign in, respond when you contact us, understand how the site is used, and display advertising that helps cover community costs. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named in this policy or where the law requires it.

Data Retention and Your Choices

We keep account information for as long as your account exists. If you'd like your account and its associated data deleted, email us at contact@livingwatergaming.com and we'll take care of it. You can also ask us what information we hold about you.

Children's Privacy

Living Water Gaming is a family-friendly community, but this website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account here, contact us and we will remove the information.

Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will also be announced in our Discord server.
